Pamela Jackson Bass is a woman of faith, with a drive and determination to execute the God given vision to serve those with a passion to succeed in their career. You will often hear her say she wants to create an environment where people can enjoy where they work and have fun. Her goal in everything she does and commits to is to show up and do it in excellence.

 

She is a businesswoman, multi-million-dollar real estate producer, and financial coach who balances her faith, career, and family. She is the CEO of Virtuous Realty Group, a 6-figure producing real estate and property management agency, CRJ Financial which is a financial literacy company dedicated to the empowerment and financial independence of our communities. She’s also the CFO of 4D Communications, a technical services company that provides marketing and community tech camps/programs to our youth; alongside her husband, Markee Bass. 

 

Pamela is married to Markee Bass for 13 years; they have three very brilliant and ambitious children: Sederick, KeeMarion, and Kennidi, who also share the same go-getter attitude and love for people as their parents. Family is everything to Pamela and anytime she has free time, she enjoys spending it with her family making memories.

 

As one who is changing the culture and narrative of what it means to be a minority Millennial woman of faith in business, Pamela utilizes being an active chamber member and Ambassador as an opportunity to connect with and support other business owners and businesses in the community.

 

Pamela has received many honors, 2020 faces under 40, start-up business of the year (amidst a pandemic), 2021-2022 Ambassador of the Year, 2022 Emerging Businesses of the Year, 2023-2025 HAAR Board Director.

 

Of all her accomplishments Pamela is most proud of the life she and her husband, Markee, built together and their three beautiful children.
