Sharonda Ware

Sharonda Ware started her real estate career in 2002 and holds associate broker licenses in four jurisdictions: DC, MD, VA and AL. Sharonda has worked in both residential and commercial real estate after earning her master’s degree in real estate at Georgetown University and several distinguished real estate designations: Certified Residential Special, (CRS), Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI) and Certified Commercial Investment Manager (CCIM).

Despite her vast training and experience, Sharonda follows the mantra that “people don’t care how much you know until they know how much you care,” which is why she puts her clients’ goals first. A Brooklyn, NY native, Sharonda and her family lived in the DC metro area for over 20 years until moving to Madison in 2019. She is married to her college sweetheart Dwight Ware, and they have three children: son Trey aged 20, son Corey who is 16, and daughter Victoria who is 14 years old. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, running, watching TV/movies, traveling, and attending live music and comedy events.
